System status

The live status page lives at status.synapbridge.com. Below is a snapshot of the components we monitor and their current state.

Incident response

Incidents are posted to the status page within 15 minutes of confirmation. Updates run on a 30-minute cadence for ongoing incidents. Enterprise customers also get a Slack or Teams webhook for their tenant.

Maintenance windows

Planned maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance and runs Sundays 02:00 to 06:00 UTC by default. Enterprise customers can request region-specific maintenance windows.
